| Yesterday my dog Angus died. In the scope of life, this is a small thing. But I am sad. His legs were too short, his body too long. His chin and paws were gray. He never barked unless the guys stealing anhydrous ammonia to make their meth. were in the back yard. He made deep groaning sounds when you rubbed his ears. He was the only dog Aaron remembers having - we got him when Aaron was just a baby. He let kids crawl all over him while he just sat and thumped his tail with what I am sure was a grin on his face. In typical lab style, he was very loving and selfless. His old body was giving out and he was loosing control of 'functions'. I knew the end was coming. I feared the day I would need to put him out of his misery, but he took care of that so that I wouldn't have to make the heart wrenching decision. Sweet old man dog. You will be missed.

| This lilac tree smells absolutely fabulous! It's beside my back patio, a gift from friends 8 years ago. It is huge!! Much taller than me and I can't reach even half way around it. Makes the humming birds hum!

Edit: It really is a lilac tree. It is actually a lilac bush that has been grafted to the top of a tree, I don't know what kind. |
